ICTA discusses value chain responsibility with UNE
Last month ICTA Secretary General Robert Stuyt had a meeting  in New York with a senior official of UN Environment, Mara Murillo. They discussed the role and importance of the chemical distribution industry. Last month ICTA Secretary General Robert Stuyt had a meeting  in New York with a senior official of UN Environment, Mara Murillo. They discussed the role and importance of the chemical distribution industry.

They also discussed how ICTA could partner with UNE and the importance for the chemical distribution industry to work responsibly. Ms. Murillo advised ICTA members to sign up to the UN Global Compact, which is an initiative based on CEO commitments to implement ten universal sustainability principles, from supporting the protection of human rights, to working against corruption.
